Yes. ID is required upon check in and must match the name on the reservation. Passport or drivers licence accepted. Reservations cannot be amended at check in unless ID is provided by the booker.

Yes, we can store your luggage if you arrive to the hotel before 3pm; there is no charge for this service.

For groups of 3 or more rooms, a €50 per person security deposit will be required. This is collected 3 days before the groups arrival date, and must be collected in one amount. We require a pre authorisation of a credit card over the phone or payment in cash on arrival. This pre authorisation will be released on departure when all rooms have been checked. We do not accept payment per person for the deposit; it will need to be collected in advance by the group organiser.
